Return Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for frozen food items due to their perishable nature. However, if you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a redelivery of damaged items, please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@fielddoctor.co.uk. Include photographic evidence of the damage or error, and we will evaluate the issue promptly.
