Field Doctor's food + mood plan has been built to support mental health based on scientific advice from Deakin University’s Food and Mood Centre*.
The plan has a 2 weekly meal planner - which you can find in the resource - that guides you through the plan to give you the right nutrition to support better mental health outcomes.
The 2-week plan includes meals, breakfast and snack advice.
